its been a really tiring week. i've not been sleeping well. i never really had a good night's sleep. its been a long long week.

the image of sleep. in macbeth. lady macbeth and macbeth have not been sleeping well. repercussions?

back from obs, had a literature test, chinese test, and we're having a biology test next wednesday :/ well well well.

band practices were not really band practices this week. had to do instrument check on tuesday, had instrument stock check on wednesday, and normal band prac on thurs. performance coming up. 9 september. SL course. 8 september. teacher's day?

tireddd! :( got lots to catch up on. piano. homework. lessons. i'm loaded. with my own thoughts. maybe i'll just die like Suyuan in joy luck club. 'she died by her own thoughts'.

had been talking about school these few days. ever since we came back from obs. school is just a total turn off. at least maybe we come to school feeling happy to get to see our friends or maybe be involved in ccas. well. it was like this to me LAST time. but not now anymore. friends? just another load to me. its difficult to make your friends smile. or at least know that they feel happy when with you. or at least let you know that they accept you for who you are. and not just get a super freaky mood swing out of a sudden. like crap? or not even force you to tell them your results when you really dont feel like comparing. or wanting to seperate tables just because you feel like. cant you even spare a thought for the other party? make you laugh, make you smile. just to be satisfied. oh yeah. tell you all. i think i cant. i think i've failed. hey yeah they sound pretty STUPID. but they're hurtful too. i think i'm out of my mind.

friday. a super super unlucky day. started my day off totally eeked. woke up worrying about having to complete my social studies assignment, literature file, macbeth booklet, and my theory. withing the spare time in between lessons. was on a mad rush. had a great scolding from mr paul oscaby EARLY in the morning. what a great start. wth. he scolded me in front of everyone around me. when like.. i was just answering a question. i wasnt talking. hello?!?! YOU ARE VERY RUDE. -.- forget it. went to watch the joy luck club after school.. finished at around 3..reached home at around 340. rest for a while and it was time to get ready for tuition at 4. had tuition till 530. did my theory, and rushed off for piano at 6. piano till 730. and now i'm finally home. but the day's not done. i realised my brother lost my cousin's track pants and shorts and sport shoes. imagine how costly they are! oh no! then..ah i dunno. i'm too tired to think or continue further. tmr's church camp. till 7 on sunday. wonder how i'm gonna MANAGE MY TIME WELL to complete my homework and study for my test. GREAT!

i did practice. its just that i couldnt perform when i had to.

back from OBS!
was totally awesome! fun! exciting! great! hehe((:

Day One
went to school for morning assembly and most were pretty excited. though some were not. got on the buses in our watches and headed for punggol jetty. waited for quite some time before getting onto a boat to OBS camp two! reached the place and was quite disgusted at first and we were all like 'how are we gonna survive for five days'. had a briefing and then we were introduced to our instructors, group name, and friends! Marco polo, my group, watch Eight, Wilfred, our instructor [heyy he's from bp too! and from bpband as well! hehe], and the people Sophia, Xinyi, Aisyah, Eugene, Kaiwei, Hazmi, Choon Boon, Harvin, Alina, Stephanie, Amos, Jiawei, Yijun, Jordan, silvester and me! had some ice breaking sessions, got to know one another and played a game where all our hands were tangled together and we had to untangle them. was really funny. haha. choon boon was explaining to us why his name had six Os including the two in his surname and he said it's because his mother wants him to earn an amount with six zeros next time. so he became known to us as the O guy. haha. did a lot of admin stuff and we chose the ics. haha. eugene and i were chosen to be the food ic. went to check our food stock and stuff. food was mostly bread and biscuits and can foods and fruits! haha. it was a day of mostly theory. quite interesting though. haha.. got ready our backpacks. was going to set off for another island the next day. so we packed! practically squeezed everything we could inside.haha.. than dinner, bath and so on..it came to pitching tents, we played the ‘this is a ding, this is a dong’ game, had a fire drill and sleep time!

Day Two
woke up early and met up at the jetty. played a game which i cant rmb[should be that elephant,dog,chicken,palm tree,michael jackson game] before going to eat our breakfast. went to do the trust fall thingy and some trust thingy in a cirle before going to try out belaying.interesting! haha. am i on belay? no you're not. that's me! push check. pull check. instructor check. climbing. climb on! haha. went to have lunch. before going into the sea for some basic kayaking. capzising drills and so on. my kayaking partner was jordan. no comments. but it wasnt THAT bad too (: carried our backpacks into a motor boat and kayaked off with our buddy watch, nila utama to another island! apparently there wasnt a toilet there so we just did our businesses there. big or small. pitched our tents with rocks instead of pegs cause the whole place was like stoney. than cooked our dinner and ate in the dark. cleared up and we actually buried lots of maggie strands. hehe. washed our utensils with sea water so everything had some sand within. quite disgusting, but when you're hungry i dont think you would even bother haha. had a briefing about the next day's sea expedition before going to sleep all dirty. There weren’t any toilet facilities available there. had century duty[is this how you spell it] with gerald, hidayat and sohia. was super funny cause hidayat wanted to do his business and he had to ask gerald along. than halfway a dog barked and he practically jumped, pulled his pants up and came out of the bushes. haha. and that blur siying actually mistook the floating thingy on the boat for a person. haha. illegal immigrant. the night went pretty okay. though i couldnt really sleep much. our tent collasped like five times in the night. irritating.haha.

Day three
started our day fast and efficient. prepared our stuffs like lunch and water, brought our kayaks closer to the sea and started on our expedition at around 805. we were off on our cross-island route expedition from south of pulau ubin to the north! went with siying and jiaying and our motto was like ‘dont kancheong, be calm’. haha. reached our first obstacle kind of thingy and we had to carry our kayaks up some steep, sloppy muddy kind of place. Stop to take a rest while waiting for water to rush in from the sea into the swamp. Carried on after that and carried out kayaks across the road and over the railings into a small lane for the kayaks to go through. Moved on and we reached our second stop. Got lost in the middle. Haha. Good thing I wasn’t the navigator. Or rather I can never, and I think I will never be one. Haha.. this time, the obstacle thingy was worse. Even steeper and the mud was wetter. Sad to say, I was the first one and so I had to help myself down a muddy thing only with the help of branches rooted to the ground which were not even stable. They were not really useful after all. So I kind of jump down, and landed my legs into some disgusting mud. Had a hard time getting from step to step, with the mud so muddy. Hehe. Helped everyone down and finally everyone was in their kayaks! Next.. both Wilfred, and nila’s instructor iskandar asked us to use our fingers to draw three strips on our faces with mud. They said it was a tradition of OBS. And then.. they started throwing mud at us! It was a funny mud fight. What a tradition eh? Haha. Continued.. on and on. and we finally got to other side of the sea. Not long after, we completed our expedition! Everyone was pretty happy. Though something not really pleasant happened on the way. Never ask where’s the toilet. Instructors would just answer you this: ‘the toilet is everywhere in the sea’. Haha.. just jump in, and do your business! Quite gross. Cant imagine if you see the product floating. HAHA. Stepped onto land and we had this quarry jump thingy. Washed ourselves clean and played that game ‘sotong’ and that after that, we started on our 4km hike! Was really really tiring. But we all endured and pushed ourselves on. it seriously depleted us of any energy we had left. dropped out super heavy backpacks onto the ground, got into a circle, did a massage for the person on our right, and we headed for FRESHly cooked dinner! Yummy! We all felt like we were drifting as we ate. Shake shake shake. Haha.. choon boon is like a super BIG eater larh! haha..Oh yeah.. of course we ate only after having a really hard time pitching our tents in the dark. had a tour round the place, our shower, briefing, and sleep!

Day Four
our bodies were all aching terribly from Wednesday’s activities and everyone looked like, walked like, and talked like zombies when we awoke. Haha.. went to wash up, and met up at the parade square like place to do some stretching and warm ups. Played the wizard-giant-and money-like-action-thingy-thing game. It was gals against guys and the gals lost! Our punishment was like to help the guys wash their dishes. Dang. Went for some reflection at the jetty and gathering for sharing(: went to have our delicious breakfast and next, it was time for rafting! Had an hour fifteen minute to design and create out raft, think of a name for it, and compose a song! We worked together and got things done quickly. Our raft’s name was sukalapipi! And apparently, sukala means happy in malay, and pipi means cheeks. So we’re happycheeks! Haha. Our song was sung to the elmo’s song tune. ‘lalalala lalalala, sukapi. Lalalala lalalala, sukapi. Out in the ocean, sukalapi, jump down the sea!’ the lyrics were thought by choon boon. Nice yeah? Haha. our raft passed all three tests, the shake test, kick test, and the water test. Yayy! But sadly, our raft could not move! We were like stuck and we kept drifting backwards. So in the end our raft collapsed and we got back without reaching our end point. Had time to do our jetty jump. And it was funfunfun! Was still scary although I had done it twice before. So anyway, we went for lunch after that and got ready with our harness on for the height element activity at the inverse tower. Did belaying with harvin and in the end, there wasn’t enough time, so silvester, harvin and myself didn’t get the chance to climb. Was quite delighted at first. Cause the mention of HEIGHT can really freak me out. But come to think of it now, I regret not challenging myself to at least give it a try, to overcome my fears and go for it! But anyway so, its over so as least it’s a lesson learnt. Hahas. Isn’t this what obs is all about? Lol. Proceeded with our hike. But this time it was a shorter one. Reached our destination, and was back at camp two. Went to pitch our tents, had dinner and our bath((: dinner was really nice. Everyone was feeling super high and we created Marco Polo’s very own gay club and chio bu club! The gay club consisted of gays named sebestian the president of the club(silvester), Joanna(Jordan), amore(amos), chio bu(choon boon), ahmimi/mimi/’hamiz/hashe (hazmi) and Eugene[I don’t know what’s his gay name. Perhaps yijun? Haha]. jiawei was the only normal guy. Haha. luckily there was at least one. Lol. And.. the chio bu club, sadly, only had two members. sophia.me. Actually only one, cause the other is the president, me! Haha. ermm. Went to wash the dishes with Sophia and jiawei. And when we returned, we spotted a wild bore walking away. Sophia thought it was a dog at first, than a pig. Blur! Haha.. went back to the hall and started packing a little.sleep!

Day Five
it’s the last day! was supposed to wake up at 5 to get ready before meeting at 6..and in the end we all woke up at 5.55. so we just went to the jetty without brushing our teeth. hehe. played a 'you-are-the-person-on-your-right-game' and the losers had to do some forfeit. sophia and eugene, apparently, lost and they had to do that mongolian thingy. like touch nose to nosel was quite entertaining yeah.haha.. since i wasnt the one doing it. haha! Basically we did most of the cleaning up and packing. Was in charge of washing the tents with seven other. Haha. wah! That Wilfred ar.. super kiasu lor.haha.. standards so high. We clean and clean.. still not clean to him. Haha..we all had a nice time laughing at him and her too. Lol. Also dunno if it’s true. Anw, did trust dive too. Pretty fun. Than it was going off time. Bought a polo tee.. and it was time to say bye!

Really didn’t feel like going home. five days of ‘torture’ suddenly didn’t feel like torture to me at all. The times we all endured together and got through time after time. The laughter, the sadness. Owells. I will definitely miss OBS, marco polo, nila utama, Wilfred and iskandar[he's really caring.lol!]. lots not forgetting my great friends and the mosquito and sand fly bites! ((: I already am actually. Haha.. okay so here I am back at home. homework time! :( hope to get some pics from alina soon!((: stand strong!

her face was like totally dao and bored. but nevermind (: i found someone who had the same examiner as me. and his standard i suppose is not that good too. no offence! and well, the teacher had the same look on her face when he had his oral too. so maybe. that's just her face. she should smile. she wouldnt look so scary. opps. hehs.

i watched high school musical sometime ago. its a really nice show(:
