BOO!

bbq yesterday was nice (: ate so much la! i think i'm getting heavier by the minute. okay maybe not. but i am definitely getting fatter. yarn and huimin and best friends now. lol. they're really cute! hee. played many many many many games of bridge! haha. & ning taught me how to play hearts! yay =D had a sleepover at my cousin's house(: and. more bridge!

went shopping today after church! mass finished at 1145, and nat finished only at 130. canoeing again! [haha! i hope you're not reading this] thus, ning+family+sam+I went for lunch at cityhall at bakersinn first! haha. the waffle was yummy(: went walking around after that. ning had her embarrasing moments! haha. you sure do love snoopy yeah? (: and your favourite shop- timberland! but anyway, it was mainly window shopping at cityhall.

met up with nat and parents at F.O.S at somewhere near plaza singapura. apparently i forgot what's that place. haha. so anyway, i think the shirts in F.O.S are nice! haha. bought stuff before heading to tcc at ps. shared some iced latte mocha thingy plus a cheese cake plus more food with nat and ning. food and more food.!

had ten minutes of shopping in ps too while my mother went somewhere. (: saw aloy and family at ps. haha! and ning saw her angel. lol. oh and i saw nigel at cityhall. (:

funny funny. went home. and more cards again! haha. some kind of addiction? but ning's worse. cause she was the one who suggested cards. although i agreed too. so that doesnt make any sense at all. i'm contradicting myself. oh whatever! =D ning created this song which i forgot. i think i'm suffering from stm. anw, its this 'when.. trumpy trumpy trumpy comes alive' song. oh ning. please enlighten me. haha!

i think i'm accident prone. haha! there's evidence to support my stand. but ah! i'm too lazy to continue. haha.

i hate the feeling of knowing you have to get on with your homework and somehow you really want to get done with your homework and yet the 'i'm-into-homework' mood just never seem be there and the clock just wont stop ticking and all your plans just dont seem to work well. eeks. i hate it. totally.

started on my english vocab in the morning. ning, eber and yang came in the afternoon! practically slacked the whole day watching tv and playing cards (: thanks for the jacket ning!

went back to bp for shifting of the instruments and everything. reached school at 8am sharp. and yet all the teachers were like LATE cause they overslept. so we just waited for them to arrive. did much labbling and moving of the instruments. the teachers are weird. first they asked us to move the BP instruments out. so we did. then they asked us to move the instruments given by Q'town primary school out, and move the BP instruments back in, to be moved out again later. lame la! instruments are heavy okay. =D

here's a funny conversation between students and teachers:
teacher: can you all please lable the instruments so that we can differenciate them clearly.
student: erm but they are already labbled.
teacher: but they are not clear. just lable once more at the side.

[so we just labelled the instruments as asked when we actually knew CLEARLY which instrument was which.but apparently, it was obvious that some teachers didnt know. like the TUBA as TROMBONE? and the clarinets as cornets!?]

student: we need the labbling stickers for labbling.
teacher: can you go to the office and ask them for some?
student: oh yah. dont need. outside still have somemore.
teacher: NO! you cannot use these stickers! these are for boxes from the movers!
student: but than just now miss ng told us to use these. and we used them to lable the other instruments.
teacher: NO! CANNOT! go ask from the office!
students: okay~

[sheryl and jq went to the office. and. came back with the SAME stickers! only that the earlier ones were blue. now they were red.]

walked here and there & went over to the teck whye campus at around 1+. eileen did her calculations. and we took a taxi there instead. its cheaper la! like each person 90cents for two bus rides. multiply by five ppl= $4.50. the taxi fare was only $3.30. hoho! =D

did more unpacking and stuff in the teckwhye band room. before going for lunch. laughed so much that day! haha. but my muscles are aching. its been a long time since i did some exercise. hehe. its time i went. (:

rushed home after band to meet the other girls! haha. was really tired. but anw, i totally enjoyed myself with the photos and stuff (: thankyouverymuch! :D love ya gals!

went retreat yesterday & omg it was so boring please. I practically slept throughout the whole thing please?!

HAHAHAHHAHA! you've been jacked! cause omg I HAD THE TIME OF MY LIFE!! alright, I'll blog from 9.45am to 2.30 & then emily will blog from 2.30 to 8pm. yayyyyyeaaaaaaap.

Reached church. went in & we had games. like um, A-LO-HA! YEA! so fun can?! okay im not going to explain here but the first funny thing of the day was putting your hands infront of you & go HAHAHAHA!next we travelled from california to newyork! it was this team spirit thing. splitted into 2grps of girls, 2 grps of boys & we weren't supposed to step out of the limited space given. so basically thsoe who got big feet got forfieted. hahahha! & then daniel cheated us please?! he didnt tell us the game ended already & made us stay in that freaking small space & he taped the mouth of whoever that stepped out of the space. rawrs!! & then jesslyn went to tape his cheek HAHAHA!

then we got splitted again. i was with jesslyn & we played the harry, one dot game. HAHA. clara's group had this very blur girl called juliana. & she got like SIX DOTS. LOL! anyway, I WAS TWO DOTS AFTER THE GAME YAY YOY YOOOOO! ((((: after that was ummmmm, 2 games at a time. one, calling out a person's name & the 2 people next to him/her have to raise him their hands. two, say WHO WHAT HUH all arnd the circle. yeaa, this was like the best circle game everrr! & i learnt quite a few people's names! YAYY! then then then they combined all the winners together & played big fish small fish! && what happened after that I don't remember muchh..uhh.. I guess we had this bgr talk & poor shane became the scapegoat, got all his hair on the right arm waxed xD&& right after that was lunch, followed by more games...... err. AIYA I REALLY DON'T REMEMBER WHAT FOLLOWS WHAT, EMILY YOU MUST HELP ME!!! lol! clara, you jumbled up everything that happened! lol. the shane thing was like before the games XD

all I can remember is we formed back into our class && had this family relationship talk with daniel & it sorta got carried away in the end we talked about our primary school & DANIEL WAS FROM SAPS && HE'S 6 YEARS OLDER THAN US! ((: oh yea, talked about school pond, turtles and MR SIM.next was tea break i guess. & thats where EMILY COMES IN.emilykohhp you hurry up with your 2.30-8.00 k. && I'M STILL FREAKING HIGHHH!ANYWAY, i came home yesterday feeling SO DAMN HAPPY & KEPT GRINNING LIKE NOTHING you will know what when emily finished with her post ((:

after the games, we gathered in our own groups for reflection and sharing. much about relationships; family and bgr. (: just adding on to the talk we had in the morning.

yupps. had teabreak soon after. and i realised something. adel loves chocolate biscuits. LOL! okay so after that we had a piece of paper pasted on our shirts on our back by Daniel. He then gave us a [Act of Contrition] thing each for confession.

so anyway, we did this activity where we were asked to go write good things bout our friends on the piece of paper on our backs. & omg! that egoistic sarahanncheong started going around writing 'I LOVE SARAH' on everyone's back. lol! in the end the whole bunch of us were like laughing so much cause just look around the whole stclarehall and you would see SARAH's name around.

clarachuaqingyi couldnt stop laughing about sexyback and honest hips. lame la! haha. it all started when clara said she had honest hips. cause 'hips dont lie'..that song.. & what's the sexiest part of the body? sexyBACK. (: we went to write on daniel's back too!. and adela wrote like 'you dont look like 21. perhaps 30?' LOL. so mean la! haha. and we went to a guy's back to write 'you look like my friend Janus'. but he really does! XD and Daniel wrote on our backs too! yay! haha. he said i'm sweet and nice? HOHO! (:

after that.. we had praise and worship! nice as usual (: everyone went high! but i was like freezing cold. lol. was supposed to go for confession too. but than.. the queue was too long that the priest decieded to meet us next week (: so we went back to the stclarehall for mass. yepps. father John Paul talked about the different worlds we face in the different phases of our lives. perhaps in the context of changes in our lives. we will definitely face challenges and difficulties. however, all we can be sure of , it that God is like a constant. that no matter how your live is changing, he will always be there present. just like an anchor that gives us a sense of security.(: do not be afriad to be a disciple of God; to spread His word, love, and compassion. 'Do not be afraid'

daniel shook our hands too! as a sign of peace(: clara got so excited about that. hmmss. so wrong. lol. clara and jess could not stop dancing too! i tell you they looked HILARIOUS. they were dancing and shaking with their dancing-yet-looked-like-driving actions.! =D

and daniel was like laughing at them from the back la! & he even danced in front of clara and i. like AH GOGO style. oh my. i'm getting high. (: it was REALLY funny. haha. laughed lots today.(: yay! cant wait to see ya guys soon. like next year? haha! really hope andrea and daniel will continue with us next year(:

But anyway, clara said it looked like something. I forgot what. something she had but it was yellow. LOL. [clara add that part in yourself. (:] and that Samanthachualeling so irritatingly told me how interesting and nice NCO camp was which made me so excited bout marching. Haha. she even tried to scare me by trying to convince me that we had to wear a white top today since all the teachers were in white shirts. But heh. I'm smart to not believe her. Yay (:

after mass we had to urm form a circle round the fountain outside and filled a cup full of water. Than we formed two lines and walked past everyone to reform the circle before pouring the water back into the fountain. Quite lame, but fun (: Haha. it was to symbolise something like we pouring the water and becoming one, a community? Haha. Apparently I wasnt listening to Daniel. Or should i just say he was speaking too softly? (:

went back to the stclarehall soon after and went to our respective groups. Apparently andrea wasn't in too good a mood. Haha. But yah. Daniel talked to us bout lots of random stuff. Which I cant rmb too. Something bout soldiers of God- to defend? somehow it became wanting peace. LOL. I wasn’t listening. Yeah.

Yesterady was Sunday. which means the day before yesterday was Saturday. which also means that the day before the day before yesterday, urm i mean two days ago, was Friday.

got back from church yesterday. interesting lesson. alright. there was a new priest yesterday & he talked about loving your neighbour as you love yourself. its a difficult task, ain't it? like, what's the point of loving someone who annoys you all the time? Still, I guess this is where forgiveness comes in. Love is powerful. Being loved is a wonderful feeling, almost as if you'll never feel like dying because you'll continue to live for that person. but when you're hated, its a different thing.like what the priest said, when a baby is born, but not showered with any love, he/she will eventually die. & when someone is hated, he/she will eventually die emotionally; not physically. die of loneliness and sadness.& I wouldn't say loving is a tragedy. the outcome may not be what you expected, but what's done been done & you'll just have to live with it. if not, make the outcome even better.
okay, I'm not making sense I know.

anyway, after mass was this 'game' wonderful experience. we were blind-folded and our hands were tied behind us by rubberband. lol. then we were led into stclarehall. they made us stand and sit and stand. after that DanielAndrea ( that super interesting cathecist) suddenly made me take a sip of water, [while spilling some onto my shirt]. then she went on giving everyone else. next she wiped this wet cloth across my face [ it was a cloth?!]. don't know whether clean or not. maybe he had wiped on other people's face already. omg. pimples [no i dont bother bout that. haha] ok nvm. after that she applied baby oil on my forehead. all these are like supposed to make us feel? instead of the normal sharing experiences and 'theory' lessons.but all i felt was, surprise, shock and confusion [and a little fear]? [we also had bread and wine- actually grape juice to share! (:

hmmmm...I seriously need to go do some excercising because I've been eating so many cookies & I'm getting FAT. hah. know what? this shows that clara/dilys/jess are such good bakers I can't resist their cookies! muahahha! Maybe they should consider baking next time. haha! my lovely sam soon (:

time passes really quickly. tmr would be a week since the school holidays started. and what have i really done? NOTHING. argh. i feel like i'm stresssing myself out. but i know it myself that if i do not pressurize myself, it would be quite impossible that i will even open my bag and touch on my homework by the end of next week. i know i've got lots to work on, lots to brush up on, lots of things to do. but i just dont have the mood to study. time is passing too quickly! its kinda scary. like in a blink of the eye, holidays would be gone, nothing done and completed. this sounds totally ridiculous like its just the start of the holidays! but from past experiences, i am quite sure that i wont have enough time to complete my homework, let alone revise. O'levels next year! plus theory and practical exams next year! and the intensive practices during the holidays! higher expectations my teacher will have on me each week i go for lessons expecting me to perform better each week! oh wells.
but nevermind. i shall not bow down to fear. neither will i complain. cause there's nothing i can do to change the fact that i have that much amount of work. we shouldnt be running away from reality. just believe you can and stay strong! (:
but on a happier note, i'm finishing my emath papers soon! (: papers with lots of blanks. :/
